A. Processing and Delivery Times
The cut-off time for order processing is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Saturday) after the order is placed.
Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via Standard Shipping, which typically takes 7-10 business days (Monday-Saturday) for delivery.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: The total time to receive your order is approximately 10-15 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather, local postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center located in 13300 McCormick Dr, Tampa, FL 33626.
B. Shipping Details and Costs
- Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
- Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $6.49 USD
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship only to Australia, the United States, and Canada.
- Taxes and Customs Fees: We do not charge any taxes or customs fees. The final amount shown at checkout includes the product price and the shipping fee only.
C. Tracking and Lost Packages
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to track your shipment at any time.
If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery period has passed, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a suitable resolution where applicable.
