Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Any item explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping Costs
For approved returns (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the return shipping cost. For returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part (for example: changed mind, wrong size), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotional return offer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will issue a refund of the original item price and any original shipping charges to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5-10 business days after processing, though the exact timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

There is no restocking fee for returns approved under this policy.
