  • The cut-off time for order processing is 2:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7-9 business days (mon-sat) after the order is placed.
  • Shipping Time: After your order has been processed, it will be shipped via Express Shipping, which typically takes 7-15 business days (mon-sat) to arrive.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: The total time it takes to receive your order is the sum of Processing Time and Shipping Time, for a total of 14-24 business days.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or other unforeseen factors.

B. Shipping Details and Costs

  • Shipping Method: We currently offer Express Shipping for all orders.
  • Shipping Fee:
    • A flat rate of $6.49 USD.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently only deliver to addresses in Australia, the United States, and Canada.
  • Taxes and Customs Fees: We do not charge any taxes or customs fees. The final amount you pay at checkout includes only the product price and the shipping fee.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress at any time. If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, please contact us for assistance.
